Another 18
Rather than increasing my distance I did 18 miles again but tried to run faster. This time I did it in 2 hours and 25 minutes, 8 minutes off of my previous time. I was not knitting and it was a nice cool morning. I have been carrying a small spray bottle with apple cider vinegar to spray at the dogs, but it is usually windy and the spray dissipates too quickly. I have also been walking until I am past the dogs, but then I am with them barking and running around me longer. I will be glad when I don't have to run my big loop past the dogs anymore. I haven't been getting photos of myself after these big runs because I am too wiped out to care.
