Not a run, but a test
Today, Sunday, I didn't run but I did do a finger-knit test word scarf in double knit. I tried a couple of different techniques including using 4 fingers to hold stitches, but that got too confusing. It is hard enough with the double-knitting to keep straight which color goes next. When they are all on one pair of fingers I can just do the next one and focus on whether it should be knit or purled. The end result is well constructed but not as wide a scarf for all of the work. This is probably the best technique for a small complex scarf and most likely what I will use on the NYC marathon. I will do the wider garter stitch scarf for KC half marathon.
